FSSC 22000

Die FSSC 22000 Zertifizierung deckt alle Prozesse der Lebensmittelkette mit Auswirkungen auf die Sicherheit des Endprodukts ab. Sie bestimmt die Anforderungen für umfassende Management-Systeme für Lebensmittelsicherheit und beinhaltet Elemente der guten Herstellungspraxis (GMP) und der Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).
